An event identity, sponsorship deck and email campaign for ORT Canada’s Rock the House fundraising gala.
The brief.
Rock the House needed to make a fundraising gala feel like an occasion while giving sponsors a clear reason to participate. The identity, sponsor deck, email, and event materials needed to tell the same story.
I developed the event identity and campaign materials for prospective sponsors, donors, and guests. The key design problem was balancing the character of the night with information people could quickly understand and act on.
The casino identity, in motion.
The casino chip gives Rock the House its central visual. This film brings that identity into motion, carrying the same event character beyond the printed page.

The deck brings together the event story, its purpose and the sponsorship options. Consistent headings and grouped benefits make the denser pages easier to scan.

The design decisions.
The casino chip connects directly to the night’s theme. Purple, teal and gold carry through the deck and email, while large headings separate the event message from the details.
The sponsor pages group each package with its benefits. The email needs a different hierarchy: introduce the night, explain its purpose, then give people a clear next step.
The campaign result.
The email campaign recorded a 48% open rate and a 3.7% click-through rate. The deck and newsletter gave sponsors and guests a consistent introduction to the gala.
